About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Procurement Executive to support international sourcing, supplier coordination, logistics management, and inventory operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with global suppliers and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative technology products.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, technology-savvy, highly organized, and naturally comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research products and suppliers through global sourcing platforms and direct supplier engagement.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on specifications, pricing, minimum order quantities, manufacturing lead times, and delivery options.
  • Coordinate supplier communications and ensure requirements, timelines, and specifications are effectively managed.
  • Follow up on samples, production schedules, and manufacturing progress to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage coordination between suppliers involved in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and consolidation processes.
  • Organize and track international shipments while coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Maintain procurement documentation and shipment records.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of purchasing, supplier, inventory, and cost records.
  • Support receiving, storage, stock counts, inspection, and dispatch activities.
  • Develop trackers, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility into procurement and logistics operations.
  • Utilize spreadsheets, AI tools, and automation solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools with the ability to independently learn and adopt new technologies.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills, including formulas and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate activities across different stakeholders.
  • Physically capable of supporting inventory-related activities when required.
