Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, and execution within a dynamic software development environment.

The role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to collect requirements, organize tasks, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and information from stakeholders and users through existing communication channels.
  • Convert requests into structured requirements such as user stories, tasks, and bug reports within project management systems.
  • Coordinate with development teams to assign tasks and track project progress.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks or blockers, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management teams.
  • Prepare reports and project documentation for internal updates and meetings.
  • Maintain organized records of project tasks, requirements, and communications.
  • Contribute to improving project management processes and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management practices.
  • Experience working with task management tools such as Lira or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
