Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to support sales operations and customer engagement by coordinating between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, lead follow-ups, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between sales teams, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales activities, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and related reports.
  • Support lead generation and tele-marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations, documentation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales support, or customer relationship roles.

Skills & Other Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
