WE ARE HIRING: HR & Administration Manager

Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Information Technology

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and administration functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting technical and functional resources, implementing cost-effective HR practices, and building a highly engaged and productive workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative strategies to attract top-tier technical and functional resources.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database to support efficient recruitment efforts.
  • Build relationships with universities, training institutes, and professional bodies to develop talent pipelines.
  • Implement employee retention programs to reduce attrition and improve engagement.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions including onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee records.
  • Design, update, and implement HR policies aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Develop initiatives to keep employees motivated, engaged, and productive.
  • Conduct performance reviews, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
  • Organize team-building activities, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies including referrals, social media, and niche job portals.
  • Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage office administration, vendor relationships, contracts, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and professional work environment.

Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in IT, ERP, or Cloud staffing.
  • Proven experience recruiting ERP consultants, cloud professionals, and other technical resources.
  • Strong connections with educational institutions and industry forums for talent sourcing.
  • Good understanding of HRMS platforms, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative functions simultaneously.
