Location: Hokandara North, Sri Lanka

Role Overview

We are looking for a people-centric HR Business Partner – People & Culture to lead talent initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and shape meaningful careers within a high-performing industrial environment. This role plays a strategic part in aligning people strategy with business success, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a trust-driven workplace culture.

The organization operates across diverse industrial sectors including apparel, industrial manufacturing, home & personal care, food & nutrition, and agriculture, delivering high-performance and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive strategic talent initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen organizational culture and promote a collaborative, trust-driven work environment.
  • Support leadership in shaping and executing people strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation.
  • Experience working within industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
