WE ARE HIRING: IT Operations Engineer

Role Overview

Our client is seeking IT Operations Engineers to join a dynamic IT Help Desk team. The role suits individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering high-quality end-user support while maintaining IT service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues, LAN connectivity problems, and laptop hardware/software faults
  • Ensure all IT support tickets are responded to within agreed SLAs
  • Update and maintain IT inventory systems accurately
  • Administer Work-Composer software to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
  • Support users with password resets and Microsoft 365 configurations
  • Manage devices and security through MS Intune
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the IT Service Desk Manager

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree in IT or an equivalent qualification

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT operations or help desk support

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
