Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and ambitious Management Trainee to join a structured development programme designed to build future business leaders.

The selected candidate will gain cross-functional exposure across multiple business units, support strategic and operational projects, assist senior management, and develop practical experience in business management, finance, operations, marketing, administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured rotational assignments across different business units.
  • Support senior management in daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Assist in business planning, operational coordination, and project execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business feasibility studies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, business summaries, and performance updates.
  • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and project planning activities.
  • Analyze business data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects.
  • Assist in developing and improving operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in meetings and record accurate minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on assigned deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of new business initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling business, financial, and management information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience may also be considered.
  • Part professional or academic qualifications will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation and report-writing ability.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in business management.
