Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day service operations, customer coordination, and documentation management within a fast-paced technical service environment. The role involves handling customer interactions, maintaining service records, coordinating repair processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage job notes or service tickets for devices received for repairs or services.

Handle customer walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Prepare and maintain before-and-after checklists for devices received for servicing.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for repairs, services, and operational activities.

Assist in preparing daily service records and operational reports.

Support invoicing, quotations, and basic administrative tasks related to service operations.

Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Maintain organized documentation for customer devices and service history.

Ensure operational processes are followed and service activities are recorded accurately.

Provide operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the service center.

Candidate Profile

1–2 years of experience in a service center, administrative, or operational support role will be an advantage.

Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and invoicing systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail, especially when managing documentation and handling customer devices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
