About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using modern RPA, AI, and workflow technologies. This role is ideal for a highly skilled automation professional who can combine traditional automation approaches with emerging AI-driven solutions to deliver scalable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying automation opportunities, developing intelligent automation frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Build and orchestrate both traditional rule-based RPA workflows and AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, reusable components, and automation frameworks.
  • Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies to identify automation opportunities and business value.
  • Apply process optimization principles to eliminate inefficiencies before automation implementation.
  • Develop supporting components, including integrations, APIs, databases, and web-based interfaces where required.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure production stability through monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents, Technical Design Documents, user guides, and project documentation.
  • Work within established DevOps environments, utilizing source control, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and code management practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Analysts throughout the automation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, walkthroughs, and project updates to stakeholders.
  • Consistently achieve project KPIs, delivery targets, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience delivering automation solutions within enterprise environments.
  • UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification is mandatory.
  • UiPath AI Professional Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud and desktop flows.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Solid understanding of intelligent automation, agentic AI, and enterprise RPA solutions.
  • Working knowledge of process excellence methodologies and operational improvement practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, source control management, code reviews, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong technical documentation skills, including solution design, technical design, and operational documentation.
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide technical leadership when required.
