About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Intimate Pattern Maker to support the development of high-quality intimate apparel products. This role is responsible for developing patterns, ensuring accurate fit and grading, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining production-ready pattern documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in intimate apparel construction, pattern development, garment fit, and TukaTech pattern-making software while contributing to product excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify patterns for intimate apparel using TukaTech.
  • Ensure accurate fit, grading, and garment construction in line with design requirements.
  • Interpret technical packs, design specifications, and product requirements accurately.
  • Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, technical teams, and production teams to refine patterns and improve product quality.
  • Conduct sample evaluations and implement necessary pattern adjustments.
  • Support fit sessions and provide recommendations for pattern improvements.
  • Ensure pattern accuracy throughout product development and production stages.
  • Maintain pattern documentation and records for production use.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.
  • Provide technical input on construction methods and fit-related matters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in intimate apparel pattern making.
  • Specialized expertise in bras, panties, loungewear, and intimate wear categories.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Studies or a relevant Diploma qualification.
  • Proficiency in TukaTech Pattern Making Software.
  • Strong understanding of garment fit, grading, and construction techniques.
  • Ability to interpret technical packs and designer specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
