Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to support business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales performance across assigned territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who combines strong sales capabilities with leadership potential and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  • Identify and secure new customers and business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain a strong market presence.
  • Present products and solutions effectively to customers and prospects.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and business development initiatives.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and contribute to team performance improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within Manufacturing, Industrial Products, FMCG, Distribution, or a related industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Strong leadership potential and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
