WE ARE HIRING: Senior Sales Executive – Institutional & Tenders

Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Institutional & Tenders to drive corporate, fleet, and institutional sales while strengthening the organization's B2B network.

This role is primarily focused on expanding business opportunities through corporate sales, fleet sales, and tender participation while building strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also support showroom sales, promotional activities, and sales administration functions when required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate, fleet, and institutional sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across various industry segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, institutional buyers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate tender submissions and institutional sales opportunities.
  • Expand market presence and strengthen the organization's corporate customer network.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and client meetings.
  • Support showroom sales activities and customer engagement initiatives when required.
  • Coordinate sales administration and promotional activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile sales.
  • Proven exposure to corporate sales, fleet sales, institutional sales, and B2B business development.
  • Experience handling tenders and institutional sales processes.
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business development capabilities.
  • Valid driving licence for both Cars and Motorcycles is mandatory.
  • Age between 20–28 years.
