Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and performance-driven Team Manager to lead operational and quality-focused teams while ensuring service excellence, process compliance, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for team leadership, quality management, performance monitoring, coaching, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence across assigned projects. This role requires strong people management skills, a solid understanding of QA/QC principles, and the ability to guide teams to consistently achieve operational and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage operational teams to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Drive quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to established QA/QC standards and procedures.
  • Monitor team performance and implement action plans to improve operational outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous feedback to team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  • Analyze performance trends, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure team compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports, quality reports, and performance summaries for management review.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous learning, innovation, and quality excellence.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to maintain operational stability and performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate or Diploma holder from a recognized four-year academic program.
  • Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Management, Engineering, Statistics, or Quality Assurance-related functions.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and quality engineering practices.
  • Professional qualifications in Quality Management or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify innovative solutions and alternative approaches to operational challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and quality-driven environment.
