Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Technology Solutions / EPOS Systems

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join a growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective tele-sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while working in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities through outbound and inbound customer engagement.
  • Promote products and services to potential customers while effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their business needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and support the end-to-end sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Track sales performance against targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and industry developments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Support and guide junior sales team members when required.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and customer engagement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous sales experience will be an advantage; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to work.
  • Candidates residing within Colombo and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
