Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Buscamos um(a) Analista Pleno de Produtos | Crédito Consignado para o time de Payroll Loans Product SP (Real Estate and Payroll Loans SP), atuando na gestão e evolução do Crédito Consignado Público, INSS e CLT. Missão: conectar performance, experiência do cliente e resultados (P&L e carteira), transformando dados em decisões para impulsionar crescimento, rentabilidade e eficiência do produto em um contexto de evolução constante.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Acompanhar a gestão e evolução dos produtos de Crédito Consignado (Público, INSS e CLT), conectando estratégia, performance e experiência do cliente.
  • Analisar indicadores e comportamento do funil, identificando desvios, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Construir e acompanhar KPIs, análises e dashboards para suportar decisões e direcionamentos do negócio.
  • Apoiar a construção e execução do roadmap do produto, acompanhando projetos e entregas junto às áreas parceiras.
  • Realizar análises de performance, mercado e precificação, contribuindo com recomendações e planos de ação.
  • Conduzir iniciativas e projetos de evolução do produto de ponta a ponta, garantindo execução e alinhamento entre stakeholders.
  • Atuar com stakeholders como Operações, Crédito, Cobrança, Jurídico e TI, articulando prioridades e viabilizando entregas.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência com produtos financeiros, preferencialmente produtos de crédito.
  • Forte capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com dados na identificação de problemas e oportunidades.
  • Experiência na construção e acompanhamento de indicadores de negócio e performance.
  • Capacidade de transformar análises em insights, recomendações e planos de ação.
  • Vivência na execução e acompanhamento de projetos/iniciativas de produto com interação entre áreas.
  • Perfil proativo, curioso, organizado, com boa priorização, comunicação e relacionamento para atuar com múltiplos stakeholders.
  • Autonomia para conduzir agendas e evoluir em protagonismo/visão de produto.
  • Conhecimento intermediário de SQL para extração/manipulação/análise de dados.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado para análises e construção de indicadores.
  • Experiência com ferramenta de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similar) para análise e acompanhamento de dashboards.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e backlog (Jira ou similares).

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência com produtos de crédito consignado (Público, INSS e/ou CLT).
  • Conhecimento de rentabilidade, pricing, risco e indicadores financeiros de crédito.
  • Vivência em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou negócios digitais.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em ferramentas de BI (Power BI/Tableau ou similares).
