Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Buscamos um(a) Analista Sênior de Produtos | Crédito Consignado para o time de Payroll Loans Product SP (Real Estate and Payroll Loans SP), com atuação estratégica na gestão e evolução do Crédito Consignado Público, INSS e CLT. Missão: liderar agendas de produto orientadas a dados, conectando estratégia, performance (P&L e carteira) e experiência do cliente para acelerar crescimento, rentabilidade e eficiência em um negócio relevante e em transformação.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Conduzir a estratégia do produto, identificando oportunidades a partir de dados, comportamento dos clientes e tendências de mercado.
  • Gerenciar e priorizar o roadmap, conectando estratégia, experiência do cliente, requisitos regulatórios e impacto no negócio.
  • Acompanhar a performance financeira do produto (P&L e carteira), identificando desvios e propondo ações para maximizar crescimento, rentabilidade e eficiência.
  • Analisar indicadores, dados e comportamento do funil, estruturando diagnósticos e recomendações para evolução contínua.
  • Transformar dados em decisões, construindo e acompanhando KPIs, análises e dashboards para direcionamentos estratégicos e planos de ação.
  • Conduzir projetos e iniciativas de ponta a ponta, articulando diferentes áreas e garantindo evolução das entregas.
  • Atuar de forma próxima aos principais stakeholders (Operações, Crédito, Cobrança, Jurídico e TI), influenciando decisões e viabilizando execução.
  • Ser referência do produto, conectando stakeholders e disseminando conhecimento sobre estratégia, performance, prioridades e oportunidades.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

  • Experiência consistente em gestão de produtos financeiros, preferencialmente produtos de crédito.
  • Forte capacidade analítica e domínio de dados para geração de insights e tomada de decisão.
  • Experiência na construção e acompanhamento de indicadores de negócio e performance.
  • Capacidade de estruturar estratégias e transformar análises em planos de ação.
  • Experiência em gestão/acompanhamento de projetos e interação com times multidisciplinares.
  • Perfil protagonista, com capacidade de influenciar, questionar e liderar agendas com autonomia.
  • Conhecimento de SQL e ferramentas de análise/visualização de dados.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado para análises e construção de indicadores.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau ou similar) e acompanhamento de dashboards.
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e backlog (Jira ou similares).

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência com produtos de Crédito Consignado (Público, INSS e/ou CLT).
  • Conhecimento de rentabilidade, pricing, risco e indicadores financeiros aplicados a produtos de crédito.
  • Vivência em instituições financeiras, fintechs ou negócios digitais.
