IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans ses clients dans la mise à disposition de compétences techniques spécialisées pour des projets complexes à l’international, notamment dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures.

Dans le cadre d’un important projet de forage géothermique profond dans le canton de Vaud en Suisse, IOTA recherche plusieurs professionnels expérimentés du forage afin de renforcer les équipes mobilisées sur cette campagne.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons plusieurs Foreurs / Assistant Foreurs expérimentés afin de participer à une campagne de forage géothermique profond en Suisse.

Les opérations seront réalisées sur une plateforme de forage légère – Super Light Rig – équipée d’un système MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling).

Le site fonctionnera 24h/24 et 7j/7, avec des shifts de 12 heures selon une rotation 3x3.

Une formation technique et une familiarisation au projet d’une à deux semaines sont prévues en Suisse en décembre 2026, avant le démarrage opérationnel prévu en janvier 2027.

Selon votre niveau d’expérience et votre fonction, vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :

  • Réaliser et superviser les opérations quotidiennes de forage conformément au programme de forage.
  • Participer à la conduite des opérations sur le Rig Floor.
  • Encadrer et coordonner l’équipe opérationnelle sur le plancher de forage, selon le niveau de responsabilité.
  • Participer aux opérations réalisées avec un système MPD – Managed Pressure Drilling.
  • Veiller à l’utilisation correcte, à la disponibilité et au bon entretien des équipements de forage.
  • Garantir des conditions de travail sûres sur le Rig Floor et contribuer activement à une forte culture sécurité.
  • Respecter les procédures du projet, les exigences de Well Control et les réglementations HSE applicables.
  • Identifier et signaler les problèmes opérationnels rencontrés pendant les opérations.
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue de la performance et de l’efficacité des opérations de forage.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons des professionnels disposant d’une solide expérience des opérations de forage onshore.

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en opérations de forage Oil & Gas Onshore ou en géothermie profonde.
  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience en Europe continentale.
  • Solide expérience pratique des opérations sur Rig Floor.
  • Bonne connaissance des équipements et des opérations de forage.
  • Solide maîtrise des principes et pratiques de Well Control.
  • Expérience dans des équipes internationales et multiculturelles appréciée.

Compétences attendues :

  • Très bonne compréhension opérationnelle des équipements de forage.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de forage exigeant fonctionnant 24/7.
  • Respect strict des procédures opérationnelles et HSE.
  • Forte sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité, sûreté et environnement.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
  • Anglais professionnel avancé indispensable.

Certifications requises / attendues :

  • IWCF Level 3
  • OPITO H2S
  • MIST ou BOSIET
  • Certificat médical OEUK valide

Une expérience préalable en MPD – Managed Pressure Drilling constituera un réel avantage.
