Nous fournissons une expertise technique et un soutien aux projets grâce à des consultants expérimentés, intervenant dans des environnements internationaux complexes.

Nous recherchons actuellement Building Manager pour soutenir un projet majeur dans le secteur nucléaire, en France.

Description du poste

Dans le cadre du projet nucléaire Hinkley Point C (HPC) , l’un des plus grands projets de construction d’Europe, nous recherchons un Building Manager pour piloter l’avancement des études sur différents bâtiments du site.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

  • Coordonner l’avancement des études en conformité avec le besoin projet
  • Gérer les interfaces internes avec les différents services : Études (Elec, E3D, Méca) Technique Méthodes
  • Gérer les interfaces avec le client NNB pour assurer le bon avancement des bâtiments (indicateurs QCD – Qualité, Coûts, Délais)
  • Suivre et reporter l’avancement des études auprès du Directeur de Projet HPC
  • Identifier et anticiper les risques liés aux interfaces techniques et planning
  • Participer aux réunions de coordination avec les équipes projet et le client.

Qualifications

Formation :

  • Ingénieur ou équivalent (génie civil, mécanique, électrique ou généraliste)

Expérience :

  • Minimum 5 à 10 ans en gestion de projet / coordination d’études sur grands projets industriels ou de construction
  • Gestion de Projet International confirmée
  • EXCEL confirmé
  • Conception électrique confirmée

Soft skills :

  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Capacité à travailler en interface avec de multiples parties prenantes
  • Réactivité et esprit de synthèse
