IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans ses clients dans la mise à disposition de compétences techniques spécialisées pour des projets complexes à l’international, notamment dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures.

Dans le cadre d’un important projet de forage géothermique profond dans le canton de Vaud en Suisse, IOTA recherche plusieurs professionnels expérimentés afin de renforcer les équipes mobilisées sur cette campagne.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons plusieurs Superviseurs HSE expérimentés afin de participer à une campagne de forage géothermique profond en Suisse.

Les opérations seront réalisées sur une plateforme de forage légère – Super Light Rig – équipée d’un système MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling).

Le site fonctionnera 24h/24 et 7j/7, avec des shifts de 12 heures selon une rotation 3x3.

Une formation technique et une familiarisation au projet d’une à deux semaines sont prévues en Suisse en décembre 2026, avant le démarrage opérationnel prévu en janvier 2027.

Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :

  • Piloter et faire appliquer les politiques, procédures et exigences HSE sur l’ensemble des activités du site.
  • Garantir la conformité avec les réglementations applicables et les exigences de l’opérateur.
  • Organiser et animer les briefings sécurité quotidiens, Toolbox Talks et inspections terrain.
  • Identifier les risques et mettre en place les mesures de prévention et de mitigation nécessaires.
  • Suivre les opérations de forage sur Super Light Rig avec système MPD afin de garantir le respect des exigences de sécurité.
  • Veiller au respect des règles liées au Well Control, aux EPI/PPE et aux standards HSE du site.
  • Analyser les incidents, presque-accidents et non-conformités.
  • Réaliser les analyses des causes racines et définir les plans d’actions correctives.
  • Assurer la gestion de la documentation HSE, des Permits to Work et des différents reportings.
  • Être le principal interlocuteur HSE auprès des équipes de forage, contractors et responsables du site.
  • Promouvoir une forte culture sécurité auprès de l’ensemble des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Coordonner la préparation aux situations d’urgence, les exercices de sécurité et les échanges avec les services d’urgence locaux.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons un professionnel HSE expérimenté disposant d’une solide connaissance des environnements de forage profond.

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en fonctions HSE dans des opérations Oil & Gas Onshore ou de géothermie profonde.
  • Expérience en forage profond obligatoire.
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Europe continentale.
  • Expérience opérationnelle HSE sur des environnements de rig ou de forage.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des risques, des incidents et des situations d’urgence.

Compétences attendues :

  • Solide connaissance des exigences HSE appliquées aux opérations de forage.
  • Maîtrise des inspections terrain, Toolbox Talks et audits sécurité.
  • Expérience en investigation d’incidents et Root Cause Analysis.
  • Bonne maîtrise des systèmes de Permit to Work.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des risques et mise en œuvre d’actions correctives.
  • Leadership et capacité à faire appliquer les standards HSE sur le terrain.
  • Excellente communication dans des environnements multiculturels et multidisciplinaires.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement avec les équipes de forage, contractors et management du site.
  • Anglais professionnel avancé indispensable.

Certifications requises / attendues :

  • IWCF Level 2 à 4
  • OPITO H2S
  • MIST ou BOSIET
  • Certificat médical OEUK valide

Une expérience des opérations MPD – Managed Pressure Drilling sera particulièrement appréciée.
