Nous recherchons actuellement Ingénieur Performance Puits pour soutenir un projet majeur dans le secteur de l’Oil & Gas, au Gabon.

Description du poste

L’Ingénieur Performance Puits est chargé du suivi, de l’analyse et de l’optimisation des performances des puits producteurs et injecteurs. Il identifie les opportunités d’amélioration de production, recommande les interventions nécessaires et veille à l’exploitation optimale des actifs tout en garantissant la sécurité, l’intégrité des puits et la rentabilité des opérations.

1. SURVEILLANCE DES PERFORMANCES DES PUITS

  • Analyser quotidiennement les données de production (débit huile, gaz, eau)
  • Suivre les pressions, températures et autres indicateurs de performance
  • Identifier les dérives de production et les pertes de performance des puits

2. OPTIMISATION DE LA PRODUCTION

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre les actions d’optimisation des puits
  • Ajuster les paramètres d’exploitation (chokes, ESP, PCP, injections de produits chimiques)
  • Maximiser le potentiel productif des puits tout en respectant les contraintes des installations de surface

3. ANALYSE TECHNIQUE DES PUITS

  • Réaliser des études nodales et des analyses de performance
  • Interpréter les tests de puits et les mesures de submergence par échométrie ou gauges de fond
  • Identifier les restrictions de production et proposer des solutions techniques
  • Adapter les plannings de tests de puits et de shoots échométriques selon les priorités des départements Réservoir et Production

4. GESTION DE L’INTÉGRITÉ DES PUITS

  • Participer au suivi de l’intégrité des puits producteurs et injecteurs
  • Détecter les anomalies susceptibles d’affecter la sécurité ou la production
  • Contribuer aux plans de maintenance et d’intervention sur puits

5. PRÉPARATION DES INTERVENTIONS

  • Identifier les opportunités de stimulation, recomplétions ou workover
  • Dimensionner les systèmes de pompages installés dans les puits (ESP et PCP) via les logiciels disponibles et en collaboration avec les fabricants
  • Élaborer les dossiers techniques justifiant les interventions
  • Participer à la rédaction des programmes d’intervention puits
  • Évaluer les gains de production attendus et la rentabilité des opérations
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks de pièces détachées

6. COLLABORATION MULTIDISCIPLINAIRE

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Réservoir, Projet, Forage, Maintenance et HSE
  • Participer à l’élaboration des stratégies de développement des champs
  • Contribuer aux prévisions de production à court, moyen et long terme

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste (formation complétée par un Master spécialisé en production pétrolière)

Connaissances techniques requises :

  • Ingénierie de production pétrolière
  • Mécanique des fluides multiphasiques
  • Well Performance & Nodal Analysis
  • Artificial Lift : Gas Lift, ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump), PCP (Progressing Cavity Pump), SRP (Sucker Rod Pump)
  • Analyse de données de production
  • Logiciels bureautiques : Microsoft Word, Excel (avancé), PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Logiciels spécialisés : Prosper, GAP, Pipesim, OFM, Avocet, Petrel
