IOTA Group accompagne ses clients internationaux dans la réalisation de projets complexes dans les secteurs de l’énergie, de l’Oil & Gas et des infrastructures industrielles.

Dans le cadre d'un projet LNG en Afrique, nous recherchons pour l’un de nos clients EPC internationaux un(e) Personnel Coordinator basé(e) à Paris.

Job Description

Le/La Personnel Coordinator assurera la coordination administrative et logistique des collaborateurs mobilisés sur le projet.

Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Coordonner les mobilisations et démobilisations du personnel ;
  • Organiser et suivre les rotations des équipes ;
  • Gérer les visas, permis de travail et formalités d’immigration ;
  • Organiser les vols, hébergements et transports locaux ;
  • Vérifier la conformité et la validité des documents nécessaires aux mobilisations ;
  • Coordonner les prestataires de voyages, de relocation et de transport ;
  • Assurer l’interface avec les collaborateurs, équipes RH, responsables opérationnels et partenaires externes ;
  • Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi du personnel et produire les reportings associés ;
  • Anticiper et traiter les difficultés susceptibles d’affecter les dates de mobilisation ;
  • Garantir la confidentialité des informations personnelles traitées.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en coordination du personnel, crew coordination, mobilité internationale ou logistique des mobilisations ;
  • Expérience dans l’Oil & Gas, le LNG, l’offshore, l’EPC, le maritime ou une autre industrie lourde ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des processus de mobilisation, rotations, voyages et immigration ;
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation, de coordination et de gestion des priorités ;
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international exigeant ;
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel ;
  • Français et anglais professionnels indispensables ;
  • La maîtrise du portugais constitue un atout.

  • Organisation : poste résidentiel, 5 jours par semaine avec 2 jours de TT possible ;
