IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans ses clients dans la mise à disposition de compétences techniques spécialisées pour des projets complexes à l’international, notamment dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures.

Dans le cadre d’un important projet de forage géothermique profond dans le canton de Vaud en Suisse, IOTA recherche plusieurs professionnels expérimentés du forage afin de renforcer les équipes mobilisées sur cette campagne.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un(e) Superviseur Senior de Forage / Senior Drilling Supervisor expérimenté(e) afin de participer à une campagne de forage géothermique profond en Suisse.

Les opérations seront réalisées sur une plateforme de forage légère – Super Light Rig – équipée d’un système MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling).

Le site fonctionnera 24h/24 et 7j/7, avec des shifts de 12 heures selon une rotation 3x3.

Une formation technique et une familiarisation au projet d’une à deux semaines sont prévues en Suisse en décembre 2026, avant le démarrage opérationnel prévu en janvier 2027.

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Promouvoir et maintenir une forte culture HSE sur l’ensemble des activités du site.
  • Garantir le respect des standards de l’entreprise, des exigences réglementaires et des procédures opérationnelles.
  • Superviser et coordonner les entreprises contractantes, prestataires de services et équipes terrain.
  • Suivre quotidiennement les opérations de forage et veiller à leur bonne exécution.
  • Identifier les problèmes opérationnels, analyser les risques et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Participer à l’exécution du programme de forage.
  • Suivre la performance des contractors et des différents intervenants du projet.
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre les différentes équipes techniques et opérationnelles.
  • Contribuer à la gestion des risques, des situations imprévues et des plans de contingence.

Qualifications

Nous recherchons un professionnel confirmé disposant d’une solide expérience des opérations de forage onshore.

Expérience requise :

  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en opérations de forage Oil & Gas Onshore ou en géothermie profonde.
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Europe continentale.
  • Expérience significative dans la supervision d’opérations de forage.
  • Expérience dans des environnements internationaux, multiculturels et multidisciplinaires.
  • Une expérience des opérations MPD – Managed Pressure Drilling constitue un réel avantage.

Compétences attendues :

  • Leadership confirmé et capacité à encadrer des équipes opérationnelles.
  • Excellente communication avec les équipes terrain, contractors et prestataires.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des risques et gestion des situations de contingence.
  • Forte culture HSE / sécurité des opérations.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement opérationnel exigeant fonctionnant 24/7.
  • Anglais professionnel avancé indispensable.

Certifications requises / attendues :

  • IWCF Level 4
  • OPITO H2S
  • MIST ou BOSIET
  • Certificat médical OEUK valide
