IOTA Group accompagne depuis plus de 40 ans ses clients dans la mise à disposition de compétences techniques spécialisées pour des projets complexes à l’international, notamment dans les secteurs de l’énergie et des infrastructures.

Dans le cadre d’un important projet de forage géothermique profond dans le canton de Vaud en Suisse, IOTA recherche plusieurs professionnels expérimentés du forage afin de renforcer les équipes mobilisées sur cette campagne.

Job Description

Nous recherchons plusieurs Tool Pushers / Chefs de Poste Forage expérimentés afin de participer à une campagne de forage géothermique profond en Suisse.

Les opérations seront réalisées sur une plateforme de forage légère – Super Light Rig – équipée d’un système MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling).

Le site fonctionnera 24h/24 et 7j/7, avec des shifts de 12 heures selon une rotation 3x3.

Une formation technique et une familiarisation au projet d’une à deux semaines sont prévues en Suisse en décembre 2026, avant le démarrage opérationnel prévu en janvier 2027.

Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de :

  • Superviser et contrôler l’ensemble des opérations de forage en coordination étroite avec le Drilling Supervisor.
  • Garantir la bonne exécution des opérations jusqu’à la réalisation des objectifs du puits.
  • Planifier et organiser les opérations de forage sur Super Light Rig avec système MPD.
  • Encadrer les équipes de forage et s’assurer du respect des instructions opérationnelles transmises par le Senior Drilling Supervisor.
  • Veiller en permanence à la sécurité du personnel, de l’environnement et des équipements.
  • Garantir l’application des exigences de Well Control.
  • Participer à la supervision des opérations de Well Killing en cas de situation de contrôle de puits.
  • Veiller à la bonne réalisation de la maintenance planifiée des équipements.
  • S’assurer de la disponibilité des équipements, pièces et consommables nécessaires aux opérations.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les compétences des équipes de forage.
  • Promouvoir une forte culture HSE auprès de l’ensemble des équipes.
  • Préparer les rapports d’opérations de forage et les rapports relatifs à l’état des équipements conformément aux procédures du projet.

Qualifications

  • Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté disposant d’un parcours confirmé dans les opérations de forage onshore. Expérience requise :
  • Minimum 12 ans d’expérience en opérations de forage Oil & Gas Onshore ou en géothermie profonde.
  • Parcours démontrant une expérience préalable comme Assistant Driller puis Driller avant d’évoluer vers des fonctions de Tool Pusher.
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en Europe continentale.
  • Solide expérience dans la supervision d’équipes et d’opérations de forage.
  • Bonne connaissance des opérations de Well Control et des situations de contingence.
  • Expérience de la planification et de la coordination des activités sur rig.
  • Compétences attendues :
  • Leadership confirmé et capacité à encadrer les équipes de forage.
  • Excellente capacité de communication dans des environnements multiculturels et multidisciplinaires.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des risques et gestion des situations de contingence.
  • Bonne maîtrise de la planification opérationnelle et du suivi des équipements.
  • Forte sensibilité aux exigences HSE, sécurité et environnement.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement avec le Drilling Supervisor, les équipes terrain et les prestataires.
  • Anglais professionnel avancé indispensable.
  • Certifications requises / attendues :
  • IWCF Level 4
  • OPITO H2S
  • MIST ou BOSIET
  • Certificat médical OEUK valide
  • Une expérience des opérations réalisées avec un système MPD – Managed Pressure Drilling constituera un réel avantage.
