Du möchtest mittelständische Unternehmen bei strategischen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen beraten und dabei früh Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten übernehmen?

Bei der i-strategy GmbH arbeitest Du an vielseitigen Projekten rund um Strategieberatung, Unternehmensfinanzierung und Unternehmensentwicklung. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam analysierst Du Geschäftsmodelle und Zahlen, entwickelst strategische Konzepte und begleitest unsere Kunden bei wichtigen unternehmerischen Entscheidungen.

  • Mitarbeit und Übernahme eigener Arbeitspakete in Strategie- und Finanzierungsprojekten
  • Durchführung von Unternehmens-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Budget- und Mittelfristplanungen sowie finanzwirtschaftlichen Analysen
  • Entwicklung strategischer Konzepte und Finanzierungslösungen für unsere mittelständischen Kunden
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Kundenmeetings und Strategieworkshops sowie Erstellung überzeugender Präsentationen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie im Consulting/Finance sowie ein Interesse an strategischen und finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Dich in unterschiedliche Unternehmen und Geschäftsmodelle einzuarbeiten
