Du möchtest M&A-Transaktionen nicht nur aus der zweiten Reihe begleiten, sondern von Beginn an aktiv im Projektteam mitarbeiten?

Als M&A Analyst bei der i-capital GmbH begleitest Du mittelständische Unternehmen bei nationalen und internationalen Transaktionen. Dabei arbeitest Du entlang des gesamten M&A-Prozesses und verbindest Corporate Finance, Unternehmensbewertung und strategische Fragestellungen.

  • Aktive Mitarbeit an anspruchsvollen M&A-Transaktionen im nationalen und internationalen Umfel
  • Erstellung von Pitches und Investment Memoranden sowie Durchführung von Unternehmensbewertungen und Financial Modeling
  • Identifikation, Analyse und indikative Bewertung potenzieller Targets und Investoren in Buy-Side- und Sell-Side-Prozessen
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen sowie Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Analysen
  • Direkter Austausch mit Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenseite und Mitarbeit an strategischen Fragestellungen über den klassischen M&A-Prozess hinaus
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory oder Investment Banking
  • Sehr gutes analytisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Freude an Unternehmensbewertungen und Finanzmodellen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend aufzubereiten
  • Interesse an mittelständischen Unternehmen, Transaktionen und strategischen Fragestellungen sowie Freude an direkter Kundenarbeit
