Bei der i-profile GmbH entwickelst Du gemeinsam mit uns passgenaue Learning-&-Development-Konzepte für unsere mittelständischen Kunden und die i-unit group. Von Trainings und Workshops über Coachings bis hin zu Assessment und Development Centern gestaltest Du unterschiedliche Formate und begleitest Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte auf ihren individuellen Entwicklungswegen.

  • Konzeption und Umsetzung individueller Personalentwicklungs- und Learning-&-Development-Maßnahmen für unsere Kunden und die i-unit group
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und Seminaren
  • Planung und Begleitung von Assessment und Development Centern sowie weiteren Formaten der Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräfteentwicklung
  • Durchführung von Coachings und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu individuellen Entwicklungsfragen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unseres gruppenweiten Praktikantenmanagements
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, psychologisches, geistes- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und Coachings und/oder im Bereich der Auswahldiagnostik
  • Pädagogische und didaktische Fähigkeiten zur effektiven und nachhaltigen, auch digitalen Wissensvermittlung
  • Interesse an Personalentwicklung, Führungskräfteentwicklung und modernen Lernformaten
  • Fähigkeit zum strukturierten und ergebnisorientierten Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld
