In unserem Spezialistenteam Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) berätst Du mittelständische Unternehmen rund um Unternehmensplanung, Controlling und finanzielle Steuerung. Dabei arbeitest Du an unterschiedlichen Projekten – von integrierten Planungen und Finanzanalysen bis hin zu Restrukturierungs- oder Finanzierungssituationen.

  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Plausibilisierung integrierter Unternehmensplanungen und Finanzanalysen – sowohl in eigenständigen Planungsprojekten als auch im Rahmen von Sanierungs-, Restrukturierungs- und Debt-Advisory-Mandaten
  • Analyse von Finanzkennzahlen, Liquidität und Working Capital sowie Ableitung klarer Handlungsempfehlungen für die finanzielle Unternehmenssteuerung
  • Erstellung von Unternehmensbewertungen, Quality-of-Earnings-Betrachtungen sowie kurzfristigen Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Beratung unserer Mandanten bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungs-, Reporting- und Controllingstrukturen sowie idealerweise bei Ertrags- und Bilanzkonsolidierungen im Rahmen von Konzernplanungen
  • Eigenständige Steuerung von Teilprojekten, direkter Austausch mit Mandanten und Finanzierungspartnern sowie fachliche Begleitung jüngerer Kollegen und Kolleginnen mit Perspektive auf Teamleitung
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL oder MINT-orientiert), idealerweise mit einer Vertiefung im Controlling/Accounting
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Deal Advisory oder Restrukturierung
  • Erfahrung in Financial Modelling und der integrierten Unternehmensplanung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, PowerPoint und idealerweise Planungstools oder BI-Lösungen
  • Analytische Stärke, ein souveränes Auftreten und Freude am direkten Mandantenkontakt sowie an wachsender Projekt- oder Teamverantwortung
