Du möchtest Unternehmen in herausfordernden Situationen nicht nur analysieren, sondern aktiv bei ihrer Restrukturierung und Sanierung begleiten?

Als Associate Consultant bei der i-canvas GmbH arbeitest Du direkt an Beratungsprojekten für mittelständische Unternehmen. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam analysierst Du Krisenursachen, entwickelst Maßnahmen zur Stabilisierung und begleitest deren Umsetzung – von der Liquiditätssicherung bis zur operativen Restrukturierung und zum Turnaround.

  • Mitarbeit an vielseitigen Restrukturierungs- und Sanierungsprojekten bei unseren bundesweiten Kunden
  • Erstellung von Sanierungskonzepten, Fortführungsprognosen und Liquiditätsplanungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Durchführung von betriebs- und leistungswirtschaftlichen Analysen zur Identifikation von Krisenursachen und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Organisationsoptimierung, Kostensenkung und Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und aktive Begleitung bei der Umsetzung von Restrukturierungs- und Turnaround-Maßnahmen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, Restrukturierung, Sanierung oder Finance
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und idealerweise im Insolvenz- und Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Freude daran, komplexe Unternehmenssituationen zu durchdringen
  • Bereitschaft, unsere mittelständischen Kunden bundesweit vor Ort zu beraten
