The posting

Dans le cadre des activités de son service Télécommunications, notre client recherche un(e) spécialiste télécom capable d'assurer les différentes tâches d'exploitation et de projet du secteur infrastructure de communication. Activités Principales : Gérer quotidiennement le bon fonctionnement des infrastructures télécom. Renouveler et moderniser les installations de télécommunication dans les datacenters, bâtiments et locaux informatiques. Planifier la couverture radio dans les bâtiments (wifi, GSM, DECT). Coordonner l'installation des équipements fixes connectés au réseau (caméras, antennes, interphones, contrôles d'accès, etc.). Gérer le VMS mutualisé. Gérer la solution de contrôle d'accès des sites sécurisés. Fournir un support aux utilisateurs (extensions réseau et wifi, etc.). Activités Spécifiques : Assurer la permanence du secteur selon le planning établi (service de piquet). Prendre en charge la résolution des incidents de deuxième niveau. Documenter les projets et les sites. Maîtriser les outils de gestion de l'organisation : ITSM, JIRA. Requirements Diplôme dans le domaine des télécommunications (ingénieur télécom). Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 2 ans en qualité de spécialiste télécom. Compétences Générales : Plus de 2 années d'expérience dans le domaine des télécommunications. Compétences Techniques : Spécialiste dans les domaines suivants : Coordination d'installations télécoms (réseaux physiques, équipements actifs, antennes wifi, indoor GSM, infrastructure DECT, interphones, etc.). Outils de radioplanning et mesures de qualité wifi. Exploitation des locaux informatiques tels que datacenters, POPs ou locaux TT. Gestion de systèmes de vidéosurveillance (VMS, caméras, injecteurs, systèmes d'enregistrements, etc.). Gestion de contrôle d'accès (contrôleurs de porte, lecteurs de badges, technologies de chiffrement des badges, sécurité des accès, systèmes de verrouillage de portes, etc.). Gestion de systèmes anti-intrusion (systèmes d'alarme, sirènes, détecteurs d'intrusion, etc.). Compétences supplémentaires (un atout) : Connaissances des normes et directives techniques concernant les installations télécom et les choix de matériel. Connaissance générale des équipements réseaux Cisco. Compétences sur les principaux services réseau (Ethernet, routage IP, VLAN, etc.). Expérience réussie dans des environnements similaires. Qualités Requises : Dynamisme. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à partager ses connaissances. Bonne écoute et capacité à comprendre les clients et leurs contraintes. Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et aisance d’expression. Capacité à se remettre en cause et à se former (formations personnelles ou techniques). Benefits 2 jours de télétravail
