The posting

Assister les technicien-ne-s environnement utilisateurs dans la préparation et la distribution des équipements informatiques mobiles. Effectuer le support N1 et N2 aux utilisateurs et gérer les demandes de services (déplacement et livraisons de matériel, rangement). Technicien IT Mobilité - Environnement Utilisateur ➢ Effectue l'installation initiale des équipements (outils mobiles et accessoires), et installe les mises à jour selon les procédures définies. ➢ Assure le fonctionnement des équipements mobiles afin de garantir leur fonctionnement lors de leur distribution. ➢ Maintien l'inventaire technique de tout le matériel pour lesquels il a été sollicité. ➢ Traite et gère les incidents et demandes de services qui lui seront attribués sur outils mobiles en respectant les procédures définies (erreurs connues) ➢ Effectue du rangement et des livraisons selon les besoins ➢ Aide à la prise en main des équipements et logiciels installés ➢ Comprend et applique les principes de gestion des risques et de protection des données permettant de limiter les risques identifiés, et consigne et fait remonter les non-conformités identifiées liées à la sécurité et à la protection des données. Profil Profil ➢ CFC d’opérateur en informatique, formation équivalente ou supérieure ➢ Première expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire est un atout ➢ Bonnes connaissances Android ➢ Bonnes connaissances techniques générales ainsi que des normes et procédures dans le domaine ➢ Idéalement connaissances de l'outil de Mobile Device Management (Workspace One) ➢ Rigueur, autonomie, ponctuel et sens de l’organisation ➢ Esprit d’équipe et orientation clients, bonnes compétences relationnelles, de collaboration et de communication (Feed-back, …) ➢ Bonne gestion des priorités et du stress ➢ Permis de conduire Voiture (Catégorie B) indispensable
