Darum geht's:

  • Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer internen Infrastruktur auf Basis von Microsoft Server und Cloud-Systemen sicher
  • Dabei überwachst Du die Systeme, analysierst Probleme und entwickelst effiziente Lösungen bei technischen Herausforderungen oder Störungen
  • Zudem aktualisierst und optimierst Du Richtlinien, Prozesse und Standards für die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit fachübergreifenden Teams oder externen Partnern kümmerst Du Dich um die Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner IT-Projekte
  • Du erstellst, pflegst und aktualisierst System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • Und unterstützt die IT-Administration beim Wissensaufbau im Bereich Cloud-Technologien
  • Außerdem hilfst Du in Absprache dem 1st Level Support bei allen Fragen rund um IT-Anwendungen – von Hard- und Software bis hin zu Berechtigungen und IT-Systemen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare IT-bezogene Ausbildung
  • Solide Kenntnisse in Active Directory und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur bringst Du idealerweise mit
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PowerShell und Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung auf Basis von VMware vSphere sind ein Plus
  • Know-how im Linux Umfeld sind wünschenswert
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und schätzt gleichzeitig die Zusammenarbeit im Team

für unseren Hauptsitz direkt am Dortmunder Phoenixsee. Unsere Stellen sind sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit ab 32 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar – ganz flexibel und vereinbar mit Deinen individuellen Bedürfnissen.

Wir bieten Dir außerdem die Möglichkeit, Dich mit den folgenden Zertifizierungen weiterzubilden:

  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert oder
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
