Darum geht's:

  • Im Support bist Du für den reibungslosen Applikationsbetrieb unserer Software beim Kunden zuständig
  • Du nimmst Support-Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem an, bearbeitest diese bzw. leitest die Anfrage an die richtige Ansprechperson weiter
  • Und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Behebung von Fehlern und allgemeinen Problemstellungen in unserer GIS-basierten Softwarelösung Smallworld GIS auf 1st und 2nd Level-Niveau. Dabei arbeitest Du täglich mit einem Geoinformationssystem

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Geo-)Informatik, eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geoinformationssystemen (GIS) ist für uns besonders wichtig – idealerweise bringst Du bereits praktische Erfahrung darin mit
  • Kenntnisse in der objektorientierten Programmierung, z. B. Java oder C# sind wünschenswert (das Erlernen der Smallworld Programmiersprache Magik ist Teil der Ausbildung bei ITS)
  • Neue Technologien zu erlernen, bereitet Dir Freude und motiviert Dich
  • Du bist kommunikativ und teamfähig, kannst aber auch eigenverantwortlich arbeiten

für unseren Hauptsitz direkt am Dortmunder Phoenixsee sowie für unsere Standorte in Darmstadt, Dresden, Hamburg und Karlsruhe. Unsere Stellen sind sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit ab 32 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar – ganz flexibel und vereinbar mit Deinen individuellen Bedürfnissen.
