Darum geht's:

  • Du leitest Kundenprojekte auf technischer Ebene und bist diesbezüglich der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Kollegen
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit dem kaufmännischen Projektmanagement und den fachlichen Beratenden ab
  • Du begleitest die Einführung und den Rollout der Lovion-Softwarelösung bei unseren Kunden und sorgst für eine erfolgreiche technische Implementierung
  • Du analysierst technische Anforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Teams passende Lösungskonzepte
  • Du überwachst die Entwicklungsaktivitäten und führst deren Ergebnisse technisch zusammen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konfiguration, Integration und Inbetriebnahme von Lovion in bestehende Systemlandschaften
  • Du identifizierst technische Risiken und Herausforderungen frühzeitig und entwickelst pragmatische und nachhaltige Lösungsansätze
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Projektteams und der Produktentwicklung zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Einführung und dem Rollout komplexer Softwaresysteme mit
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Datenbanken, Netzwerke, Identity Management, Continuous Delivery und Scripting
  • Idealerweise bringst Du gute Kenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien und entsprechenden Architekturen mit
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Dein Deutsch ist sehr gut und Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
