Following the recent announcement of the separation of ITV’s Media & Entertainment Business, a dedicated Finance TSA Service Delivery Lead is required.

This role sits within the Global Finance Operations Function. You will be responsible for establishing the governance framework and reporting based on agreed Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs).

Our function plays a crucial operational role during this period of corporate separation. We operate in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment focused on maintaining financial governance, driving digital opportunities, and executing smooth transitional services.

The role..

We’re looking for a Finance TSA Service Delivery Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance Operations, you will be responsible for establishing the reporting and governance framework based on agreed Transitional Services Agreements (TSAs).

A primary focus of this role is protecting the remaining PLC Business commercial and operational interests—ensuring strict contract compliance. You will establish clear metrics for TSA services, SLA performance, and escalations to ensure seamless service continuity.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing governance structures, KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting cadences.
  • Standing up governance frameworks aligned with broader program governance, establishing clear escalation paths and issue resolution for Day 1 readiness.
  • Governing and monitoring the end-to-end delivery of TSA finance services, enforcing specific performance metrics and contract timelines post-close.
  • Collaborating closely with internal Service Owners (Heads of Functions) who maintain operational accountability for their respective finance areas.
  • Safeguarding the remaining PLC Business from commercial exposure and scope creep, ensuring service boundaries match contractual agreements.
  • Protecting the remaining PLC Business from operational degradation while Finance Operations simultaneously serves both the acquirer under TSA and ongoing core operations.
  • Provide data-driven performance updates.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)

  • Proven track record of leading TSA/ outsourced delivery management within large corporate environments.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deep experience in finance shared services.
  • Proficiency in major ERP platforms and financial reporting tools.
  • Broad finance literacy with the ability to comfortably navigate and speak the language of finance processes and systems.
  • Deep experience interpreting, managing, and enforcing legal contracts, commercial schedules, and SLAs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively and maintain discretion within a highly confidential, changing environment during regulatory phases.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)

  • Experience working within Global Media, Entertainment, Broadcast, or Telecoms is highly advantageous.
  • A digital mindset with a drive to leverage digital opportunities, build collaborative relationships, and act with clarity and pace without over-striving for consensus.

Potential Challenges

  • May require travel within the UK.
  • Requires flexibility in working hours on occasion to meet critical project deliverables and milestones.
