Ce que vous ferez : En tant que Chargé d'Affaires Service, vous serez responsable du développement de l’activité service en coordonnant les intervenants, assurant la satisfaction client et garantissant la rentabilité de votre secteur.

Comment vous le ferez : En collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, vos missions seront de :

  • Chiffrer et rédiger les devis pour les petites affaires, et suivre le processus commercial jusqu'à l'enregistrement de la commande
  • Élaborer les offres techniques et commerciales, conformément à la réglementation et aux besoins clients
  • Gérer les dossiers contrats, avec des recommandations techniques lors de l’étude de nouvelles offres de maintenance
  • Préparer les interventions de service en coordination avec le Coordinateur service et assurer le suivi des livraisons et la programmation des interventions
  • Assister aux réunions de chantier, suivre la rentabilité des projets et veiller au respect des délais de paiement et de facturation
  • Suivre les mises en service et les garanties

Vous appliquerez également les procédures qualité, sécurité et environnement, tout en représentant l’image de l’entreprise auprès des clients et fournisseurs.

Ce que nous recherchons : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation technique en génie climatique ou réfrigération industrielle, et vous justifiez de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Vous possédez une expertise solide en froid industriel/commercial et en thermodynamique. Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous avez des compétences en gestion et savez travailler efficacement en équipe. Vous êtes également mobile pour des déplacements régionaux et maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel).
