NA Deficiency Sales Specialist

What you will do: The primary function of this position is to sell quoted service for repairs and maintenance on life safety systems, including fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, and security for an assigned portfolio of National Account customers. Once the work is approved, you will create a service request for the repairs and notify the local office that the work is ready to be scheduled. You will partner with the estimator(s) in your portfolio to quickly deliver quotes for deficient systems and provide a low effort experience for our customers.

How you will do it: • Receive prepared quotes and submit for customer approval via email or portal upload.

• Follow up with customers on approval status via email and phone at set intervals.

• Answer customer questions about their quotes. • Ensure receipt of a purchase order when required.

• Create service requests for all approved quotes and notify the local office for scheduling. • Perform other duties as required.

What we look for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Previous inside sales experience preferred

• Previous industry experience preferred

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $31.25 - $32.70 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
