Ihre Mission

  • Führen & Motivieren: Leitung von Montageteams auf unseren Baustellen
  • Koordinieren & Organisieren: Abstimmung mit Subunternehmen, Projektleitung und Kunden
  • Planen & Umsetzen: Baustellenorganisation und Materiallogistik für reibungslose Abläufe
  • Fachliche Entwicklung: Qualifizierungsmöglichkeit, einschließlich der Schulung nach VdS 2132

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Obermonteur/Meister Versorgungstechnik oder Anlagenmechaniker mit Erfahrung im Sprinkleranlagenbau
  • Mehrjährige Praxis in der Montage von Sprinkleranlagen
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung und zum Erwerb von Qualifikationen gemäß den Anforderungen im Bereich Feuerlöschanlagen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Isometrien und Schemata
  • Routiniertes Arbeiten mit digitalen Tools, MS Office-Anwendungen sowie weiteren fachbereichsrelevanten Systemen
  • Reisebereitschaft (Region NRW und Rheinland-Pfalz)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
