O que a área de atuação desta posição faz no Jeitto:

A área de Segurança da Informação (Blue Team) é responsável por proteger a Jeitto contra ameaças cibernéticas. Ela monitora o ambiente, detecta e responde a incidentes e resguarda os dados de clientes e parceiros

No dia a dia, a pessoa Analista de Blue Team Pleno vai monitorar e investigar alertas de segurança, conduzir a resposta a incidentes e manter as defesas do ambiente, como proteção de aplicações, acesso e dados. Também vai criar e ajustar regras de detecção, automatizar respostas e fazer buscas proativas por ameaças. O impacto é direto: a pessoa protege os dados de clientes e parceiros e garante a continuidade de uma operação, a posição atua com autonomia e interage de perto com os demais times da organização.

Atividades e responsabilidades

  • Detecção e resposta a incidentes
  • Monitorar e triar alertas no Cortex XDR e no Google SecOps (SIEM), investigando endpoints, identidades e tráfego de rede
  • Conduzir a resposta a incidentes de ponta a ponta: contenção, erradicação, recuperação e relatório pós-incidente
  • Criar e ajustar regras de detecção (BIOCs, XQL, YARA-L e correlações), reduzindo falsos positivos de forma contínua
  • Desenvolver e manter playbooks de automação no Google SecOps SOAR
  • Realizar threat hunting proativo com base no MITRE ATT&CK e em inteligência de ameaças, proteção de perímetro, acesso e dados
  • Administrar o Cloudflare WAF: regras gerenciadas e customizadas, rate limiting, bot management e mitigação de DDoS
  • Operar a plataforma ZTNA (Cloudflare Zero Trust/Access): políticas de acesso por identidade, postura de dispositivo e segmentação de aplicações
  • Gerir políticas de DLP em endpoint, e-mail, web e SaaS, tratando os eventos gerados e também políticas de CASB
  • Produzir e acompanhar métricas operacionais, como MTTD, MTTR e volume de alertas

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • SIEM e SOAR: experiência na gestão de plataformas de SIEM e SOAR, preferencialmente Google SecOps
  • EDR/XDR: experiência na gestão de soluções de EDR e XDR, preferencialmente Palo Alto Cortex XDR
  • WAF, ZTNA e DLP: experiência na gestão dessas soluções, preferencialmente Cloudflare WAF e Cloudflare Zero Trust
  • Redes: domínio de TCP/IP, DNS e HTTP/TLS
  • Automação: conhecimento em Python e PowerShell

Requisitos diferenciais

  • Gestão de vulnerabilidades: varreduras, priorização por risco (CVSS, EPSS e KEV) e acompanhamento das correções junto aos times
  • AppSec: noções de SAST, DAST e SCA, OWASP Top 10 e OWASP API Security, apoiando o time de desenvolvimento na correção de falhas
  • Nuvem: segurança em GCP e Kubernetes
  • Infraestrutura como código: Terraform
  • Certificações: Palo Alto PCDRA ou PCSAE, Google SecOps, Cloudflare Zero Trust, CompTIA CySA+ ou Security+, BTL1 ou GCIH
