Nosso time de Engenharia

A área de Engenharia de Software do Jeitto é responsável por entregar valor ao negócio através de soluções de software robustas e escaláveis seguindo as melhores práticas e arquitetura de referência estabelecida.

Nesta posição você irá:

  • Ser responsável pelas entregas de uma ou mais equipes de engenharia de software, através da coordenação e orientação, garantindo o alinhamento com a estratégia organizacional e os objetivos do time.
  • Atrair, capacitar e manter excelentes profissionais através de feedbacks regulares, promovendo o crescimento profissional e o aprimoramento contínuo das habilidades técnicas.
  • Atuar conjuntamente com profissionais de Design e Produto, garantindo uma comunicação eficaz e o alinhamento entre as equipes.
  • Atuar no dia a dia do time desde a gestão até o acompanhamento do código sendo desenvolvido, incluindo Code Reviews, debug, condução de cerimônias de planejamento, retrospectiva e reuniões diárias com a equipe.
  • Garantir que a equipe siga as melhores práticas e padrões de desenvolvimento de software, incluindo produtividade, segurança, escalabilidade, qualidade e desempenho.
  • Promover uma cultura de melhoria contínua, incentivando o uso de metodologias ágeis e realizando gestão por métricas para otimizar a eficiência e a velocidade de entrega.

Para essa posição, é importante que você tenha:

  • Graduação em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou área técnica relacionada.
  • Experiência em posição de gestão de equipe, responsável pela gestão completa das pessoas da equipe.
  • Ter atuado como engenheiro(a) de software e com desenvolvimento de aplicações web modernas.
  • Experiência em code reviews, 1:1 e fornecer feedbacks construtivos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente com equipes multidisciplinares.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas, com capacidade para tomar decisões táticas baseadas em dados.
