Como será o seu dia a dia por aqui?

Você vai ter um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento do time e na evolução constante dos nossos processos de atendimento. Seu foco será manter a operação voando, com muita eficiência e foco na experiência do cliente:

  • Desenvolver o time: Liderar, acompanhar e apoiar a equipe de atendimento, garantindo uma rotina de feedbacks periódicos e alinhamentos diários.
  • Cuidar da operação: Gerenciar filas de trabalho, distribuir demandas e acompanhar indicadores em tempo real (Produtividade, Qualidade, CSAT, TMA, SLA e engajamento do time) para evitar gargalos.
  • Garantir a qualidade: Fazer análises, testes e propor melhorias contínuas para tornar nosso atendimento cada vez mais ágil, escalável e humano.
  • Conectar com os resultados: Apresentar indicadores e criar planos de ação usando uma boa dose de storytelling, conectando dados à realidade do cliente e do time.
  • Ser ponte de soluções: Atuar lado a lado com a Coordenação, trazendo visibilidade da operação e sugerindo melhorias antes mesmo dos problemas escalarem.

O que esperamos de você?

  • Experiência prévia como Team Leader / Supervisor(a) na área de Atendimento / Relacionamento com o Cliente.
  • Perfil analítico, focado em resolver problemas e em constante busca por melhoria contínua.
  • Domínio da ferramenta Zendesk.
  • Facilidade com as ferramentas do Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Inteligência emocional, excelente comunicação e empatia: habilidade para orientar o time, manter a tranquilidade em momentos de tensão e construir um ambiente seguro e produtivo.
  • Perfil proativo, colaborativo e com facilidade para se relacionar com diferentes perfis.
  • Modelo Híbrido: Disponibilidade para atuar na região da Paulista (São Paulo/SP).

Sua candidatura ganha pontos extras se você tiver:

  • Experiência prévia no segmento Financeiro / Fintechs.
  • Vivência com metodologias de solução de problemas e processos (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Canvas, MVP, etc.).
  • Conhecimento e prática com metodologias de OKRs.
