Sobre o time de Growth

É a torre de controle analítica do time de Growth Marketing no Jeitto, responsável por maximizar a eficiência de receita em Aquisição, Engajamento e Novos Negócios. Atuamos como a fonte da verdade para unit economics (CAC, LTV e Payback), unindo dados, rigor estatístico e visão de negócio para garantir a melhor rentabilidade e eficiência do funil.

Como Analista de Business Intelligence SR você será o ponto focal em Eficiência de Aquisição, Alocação de Budget e Testes A/B. No dia a dia, você atuará de forma hands-on acompanhando a performance do funil de Onboarding, monitorando visibilidades de tracking e projetando o ROI de grandes campanhas e canais de mídia (mídias pagas, ações especiais, parcerias). Você será a pessoa dona dos modelos financeiros de CAC e Payback do Jeitto, traduzindo métricas técnicas em decisões estratégicas de alocação de orçamento. Além disso, terá interface constante com os times de Negócio, CRM, Produto e Engenharia de Dados, sendo a ponte entre as necessidades do negócio e a infraestrutura analítica, além de garantir rigor estatístico na execução e mensuração de experimentos/testes A/B.

O que você fará:

  • Desenvolver, evoluir e gerenciar os modelos de mensuração de CAC, Payback e ROI por canal, campanha e safra de aquisição;
  • Projetar, mensurar e validar a viabilidade financeira e o retorno de campanhas de mídia e ações de aquisição (ex: mídias de grande alcance, parcerias estratégicas e canais pagos);
  • Desenhar, acompanhar e validar a metodologia estatística de testes A/B e experimentos no funil de Onboarding e landing pages, garantindo a mensuração correta de hipóteses e geração de insights;
  • Extrair e manipular grandes volumes de dados via SQL, construindo dashboards e visões analíticas de performance de funil e tabelas junto ao time de Engenharia de Dados.

O que buscamos:

  • Experiência prévia consistente em posições analíticas de Revenue Ops, Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics ou BI/Data Analytics;
  • Habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal para lidar com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Capacidade de estruturar problemas e propor soluções baseadas em dados;
  • Domínio avançado de SQL para extração, tratamento e manipulação de dados em bases complexas;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (ex: Looker, Power BI, Tableau ou Metabase).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência em empresas do segmento de FinTech, meios de pagamento ou produtos de crédito/carteiras digitais;
  • Growth Mindset: perfil experimental, confortável em estruturar e rodar testes A/B, e em aprender rápido com os resultados;
  • Estatística Aplicada: Conhecimento para análise de experimentos e modelagem de dados.
