Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Administer payroll inputs, benefits, and statutory HR obligations
  • Support employee relations, including queries and minor disciplinary matters
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives
  • Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations

JOB SPECIFICATION

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • HR professional certification (aPHRi, PHRi, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably in a multi-site or operational environment
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and employee relations

Core Competencies:

  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and payroll administration
  • Ability to maintain accurate HR records and reports
  • Proficiency in HRIS or HR software systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, administration and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Proactive and results-oriented
