1、教育背景：市场营销、电子商务、工商管理等相关专业优先。​ 2、工作经验：有无实习经验均可，对会员运营、用户运营领域感兴趣，有相关校园实践或入门级实习经历者优先。 3、了解会员运营基本概念，对数据分析、营销活动有一定兴趣；​ 4、能熟练使用 Excel、Word 等基础办公软件，具备简单数据整理和文档编辑能力；具备基础的活动执行能力，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识。 5、具备用户思维和服务意识，愿意主动了解会员需求，耐心对待基础服务工作；​ 6、学习能力强，有较强的自我驱动力，能快速学习运营新知识和工作流程；​ 7、工作认真负责，注重细节，对数据有一定敏感度，能承受基础工作压力，具备基础问题解决意愿。
