1、教育背景： 统招本科及以上学历，动物营养、食品科学、市场营销等相关专业优先；应届毕业生或毕业1年内皆可。 2、行业热情： 真心热爱宠物行业（自己养宠或有深度养宠经验者极度加分！），对宠物食品、宠物消费市场有基本认知和浓厚兴趣。 3、综合素质： 具备极强的学习能力和自驱力，逻辑清晰，对数据有一定的敏感度。 4、沟通与抗压： 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，愿意深入一线，具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的执行力。 · 加分项： 有快消品、宠物行业产品/市场相关实习经验；熟练使用Office、飞书/钉钉等办公软件；社交媒体（小红书/抖音/B站）重度用户，对内容营销有网感。
