岗位工作内容： 1、主要负责抖音、小红书渠道的内容种草投放和达人对接沟通的工作。 根据公司品牌战略要求，结合平台定位，完成执行细节及效果追踪。 2、能够根据项目预算及目标，匹配合适的达人资源与种草内容，独立完成媒介采买工作，把控具体执行细节，包括价格谈判、寄样、brief传达，确认排期、审核达人推广的成稿以及最终发布。提升宣传内容的曝光与转化。 3、较好的内容把控能力，能了解达人内容风格和爆款特点，能够协助达人，结合产品卖点，产出符合投放目标的脚本和视频，并给出恰当的修改建议。 4、根据项目目标和ROI要求，监控并统计投放数据，分析投放效果，提出有效的优化策略，提升投放效果。 5、研究行业竞品动态，包括且不限达人选择、卖点呈现、爆品推广节奏、投放量级等，并做出分析，形成反馈报告。 6、具备产品敏感度，对产品有思考，有新品打爆能力。 7、了解推广产品特点，推广适合的内容方向，能够总结出适合传播+转化的产品卖点和推广brief。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限 2、有相关实习工作经验 3、熟悉抖音&小红书玩法、流量分配原则，有经验优先 4、具备优秀的学习能力、沟通协调能力、问题分析和解决能力
