1、参与私域用户全生命周期运营，围绕「获客—激活—转化—复购—召回」各环节执行分层策略与 SOP，并在带教下逐步独立负责单个环节。 2、运用 AI 工具对私域用户进行自动打标签：基于消费行为（购买频次、客单价、品类偏好、生命周期阶段）设计标签规则，借助大模型实现标签的批量生成与动态维护。 3、结合用户画像与企业微信聊天上下文，识别用户意图与情绪信号，产出精细化分层名单与差异化触达话术，实现「千人千面」的沟通。 4、搭建与维护 AI 辅助的自动化触达内容库（欢迎语、生日关怀、沉睡唤醒、弃单挽回、复购提醒等），参与制定发送节奏，跟踪打开率与转化效果。 5、使用 AI 工具完成用户洞察与内容生产：消费行为聚类、聊天与评论记录的语义归纳、话术与素材批量生成，持续提升运营人效。 6、维护私域运营数据看板，统计加粉率、活跃度、消息打开率、转化率、复购率等核心指标，参与周/月度复盘并提出优化建议。 7、沉淀 AI 工具使用手册与 Prompt 模板库，把个人经验转化为团队可复用的方法论。

1、有实际使用主流 AI 工具的经验——经常使用 2 款以上即可，能覆盖以下类别中的一类或几类： 通用大模型：ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini / DeepSeek / 豆包 / 通义千问 / Kimi / 智谱清言等 AI 内容生产：即梦 / Midjourney / 可灵 / 剪映 AI 等 AI 工作流与 Agent：Coze / Dify / n8n / Make / 飞书智能伙伴等 AI 效率工具：Notion AI / 秘塔 / Perplexity / Gamma 等 能说清楚你用 AI 解决过什么具体问题、省了多少时间，比用过多少款工具重要得多。 2、对数据敏感，熟练使用 Excel / 飞书多维表格做数据整理、分群与基础分析。 文字表达能力强，能把信息组织成清晰、有说服力的话术与内容。 学习能力强、主动性好，愿意在重复性工作中主动思考「这件事能不能用 AI 做得更好」。 加分项 1、有私域 / 社群 / 新媒体 / 电商运营的实习或校园项目经历，了解企业微信生态的基本玩法。 了2、解 RFM、用户生命周期、AARRR 等经典运营模型。 3、养宠、有宠物行业实习经历或宠物社群活跃用户优先。 4、专业不限（市场营销、工商管理、统计学、新闻传播、计算机相关专业优先）。
