1、需求预测管理：基于历史销售数据、市场趋势、促销活动、新品上市、行业淡旺季等维度，协助搭建需求预测模型，完成月度、季度、年度产品需求预测输出，持续提升预测准确率。 2、数据统计与分析：定期复盘销售数据、预测偏差数据，分析预测误差原因，输出复盘报告，优化预测逻辑与统计方法，规避需求预判偏差导致的库存短缺或积压问题。 3、跨部门协同对接：联动销售、市场、产品、供应等部门，同步终端市场动态、客户订单变化、新品推广节奏，及时更新需求预测数据，保障需求信息传递及时、准确。 4、库存需求统筹：结合市场需求、安全库存标准、在途库存数据，协助制定合理的备货需求，平衡市场供货需求与库存周转效率，支撑前端销售业务稳定开展。 5、流程优化落地：协助梳理需求计划全流程，收集业务痛点，参与供应链需求体系、流程制度、数据模板的优化与迭代工作。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、统计学、数学、工业工程等相关专业优先。 2、对供应链计划工作有兴趣，愿意深入理解产品、渠道及销售业务。 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够从数据变化中发现问题。 4、熟练使用 Excel，掌握常用函数、数据透视表等；了解 SQL、Python 或 BI 工具者优先。 5、具备良好的沟通表达能力、责任心及学习能力，工作细致，能够主动跟进任务。 6、有供应链、销售分析、商业分析相关实习或项目经历者优先。
