1、轮岗培养：按管培生培养计划在配方研发、应用开发、工艺转化、品控等模块轮岗，系统掌握宠物食品研发全链路业务； 2、新品开发：定岗后参与品牌新品应用开发，将市场需求与产品概念转化为可量产的产品方案； 3、量产导入：参与新品打样、工艺适配与量产导入，跟进试产问题分析并推动改善闭环； 4、 降本增效：参与包材模块化、配方模块化等降本增效项目，协助项目进度管理、数据复盘与成果沉淀； 5.、市场洞察：收集市场趋势、竞品动态与消费者反馈，转化为产品优化建议，支撑品牌产品力升级； 6、 复盘考核：定期输出轮岗报告与项目复盘，接受导师与部门的双向考核评估。

1、学历专业：2027 届硕士及以上学历，动物医学、动物营养、食品工程（食品科学与工程）、生物制药（生物工程）等相关专业均可； 2、 留学与语言：有海外留学经历，能够熟练应用英语开展工作与对话，英语可作为工作语言； 3、学习适应：具备优秀的快速学习与适应能力，乐于接受多岗位轮岗锻炼与挑战； 4、沟通协调：具备较强的沟通表达与跨部门协调能力，有学生干部、社团负责人、大型活动组织或实习经历者优先； 5、结果导向：目标感与结果导向强，能主动推动事项落地，具备清晰的问题分析与解决思路； 6、行业热情：对宠物食品行业有浓厚兴趣，有养宠经历或对蓝氏品牌有认知者优先； 7、发展意愿：有志于向研发管理、产品经理方向发展，具备管理潜质与长期发展意愿。
