1、客诉受理与闭环：接收、登记客户投诉，组织投诉样品回收与原因初判，48小时内向客户出具初步回复。 2、牵头客诉调查，运用5W2H、鱼骨图、5Why等工具完成根因分析，输出客诉调查报告，跟踪纠正预防措施（CAPA）落实与验证，确保客诉按时效关闭并回复客户。 3、质量改善：针对客诉及生产过程质量异常（过程隔离品、包装不良、指标异常等），组织生产、工艺及研发进行原因分析并制定改善措施并跟踪验证。 4、数据分析与报告：负责客诉、退货、赔偿数据的统计与分析，建立客诉台账与数据库，跟踪客诉率、重复客诉率、闭环率等核心指标；按月输出客诉分析报告，纳入工厂质量月报。

1、本科及以上学历，食品科学与工程、生物工程、质量管理等相关专业； 2、专业能力：了解过ISO9001、ISO22000/HACCP等质量管理体系，了解宠物食品相关法规标准者优先； 3、具备数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel或飞书多维表格经验者优先。 4、通用素质：逻辑清晰，表达准确；具备较强的沟通协调能力与推动力；责任心强、抗压能力好，能适应客诉时效压力。
