The posting

En tant que Technicien Datacenter H/F, vous serez en charge du maintien en condition opérationnelle des infrastructures de l'un de nos clients, acteur majeur télécom.

Le poste est basé Paris Sud, quartier Montsouris.

LES MISSIONS

Gestion et maintenance des systèmes et réseaux

  • Installer et désinstaller des serveurs en salle informatique
  • Réaliser du câblage cuivre (RJ45) et fibre optique
  • Réceptionner et envoyer du matériel et assister à la gestion du stock
  • Contrôler la bonne tenue des salles informatiques ou vérifier (check d'installation,
  • voyant...)
  • Gérer les incidents serveurs, câblage
  • Escorter les intervenants extérieurs
  • Ajouter ou retirer des supports amovibles (cartouche de sauvegarde robotique)
  • Upgrader des équipements (carte, disque, mémoire...)
  • Suivre les procédures - Possibilité de mettre à jour des documents
  • Mettre à jour la CMDB client et les documents de suivi de câblage
  • Mettre à jour l'outil de gestion des incidents
  • Effectuer des missions ponctuelles : HNO et astreintes

LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Vous disposez d'un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
  • Vous êtes communicant(e) et à l’aise dans vos échanges et vous avez le sens du service
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et vous aimez travailler en équipe
  • Vous avez les connaissances de l'environnement Datacenter (serveur, réseau, SAN, câblage...)
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de la gestion des requêtes et des intervenants en Data Center ainsi que de bonnes capacités d'analyse
  • Vous disposez d'un niveau d'anglais vous permettant d'échanger majoritairement à l'écrit
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B
